The casing head is an essential component of any wellhead system. It provides many different vital functions within the system. These functions include:

The casing head in a conventional wellhead system is the lowest part of the wellhead assembly and is almost always connected to the surface casing string.

 A tubing head is a wellhead component consisting of a body with two flanges, supports the tubing hanger and provides a means of attaching the Christmas tree to the wellhead. It seals off the pressure between the casing and tubing annulus and connects with the tubing adapter on the top. 

 A goat head is a flow cross installed on top of a frac tree where treating iron is connected and treatment fluid enters the frac tree. It typically features 45 degree angle inlets that maximize the flow rate and minimize the size and weight of the product. A goat head often comes in studded and flanged end connections.

 Emergency Shut Down Valves (ESDV, ESD, ESV, SDV) are used to isolate pressure and flow from a particular source during an overpressure situation or detection of a dangerous event. ESD valves are integrated into the design of the plant system equipment and can be installed in-line to any location upstream, midstream or downstream. 

 the KVF/S type safety quick-closing and control valves are used wherever demand-based control of gaseous media is required.  This means you save a separate fitting and require less installation space in your system. The pneumatically controlled control valve sets standards in terms of service life and reliability even in the most demanding applications. 

 The quick-closing valve combinations combine core competencies in valve technology and as a system supplier for needs-optimized system installation. The first valve can be designed as a combined control and quick-closing valve with type testing. This saves the need for a separate control valve. The individually tailored control behavior achieves optimized burner operation.
